My first memory of practicing Yoga was at an ancient holy cave in Malaysia with my parents for Family Yoga Class when I was about 8 years old. I came back seriously to the mat 20 years ago when I had a challenging health crisis. Scentsible Yoga classes embraces the high frequencies of essential oils as a means of tapping into our sensorial realm to liberate our energy flow through our energetic body with an open heart. We engage with and merge into our senses fully as a path to wholeness within our hearts. I have a deep knowing that the heart is the center from which manifestation and liberation is cultivated.
