Bagua Shen Gong

I am honored to transmit this ancient esoteric art to you. Each session will be 90 minutes long that will include an initial attunement, a movement practice followed by an integrative tea ceremony to end our time together.

This is a lifelong practice that will take more than one session to experience the depth of the teachings. I strongly encourage you to commit to a regular practice if you would like to activate a profound inner alchemy.
