Come Home to Your Heart in Ireland
A Sacred Pilgrimage & Inner Return
Has your heart longed for a deeper connection to the mysteries of the Emerald Isle?
For thousands of years, Ireland has held an important place in the hearts of global travellers. Such a small island on the edge of Europe, yet one that carries immense and living power.
Saint Patrick encouraged the world to ignite the emerald ray annually on March 17th, and now Brigid invites us into the deeper, hidden feminine mysteries of this ancient land.
July 5 to July 12 2026
Join us for a 7-night immersion into the heart and soul of the Emerald Isle —her sacred sites and deep wells of wisdom—woven through a parallel journey into the depths of your own heart and soul.
This pilgrimage is guided by master storytellers, mythologists, and keepers of both feminine and masculine spiritual mysteries.
Treacy, Lisa and LeeYen send you a warm invitation to join us in Ireland
“…it was magical. I saw visions, talked to trees and heard them speak back, communicated with the Lia Fail and heard the heart beat of the Earth. All on the first day. Treacy was there with me every step of the way... gently guiding me to certain spots, trees, experiences. Helping me give offerings to the land. Welcoming me Home to Her. She guided, but she also just stood back and let me be with my surroundings and make my own connection. That was the most important part for me... and marked me deeply. Forever.”

Rest into Ireland’s renowned hospitality, as you come home to your own heart through the living landscapes of Ireland’s Ancient East.
Ireland holds ancient codes of remembrance that are calling at this pivotal time, as we return to love and the emerald and golden rays of the heart. As you journey with us through sacred sites, these remembrances are gently received and embodied, creating a symbiotic communion between Heart and Earth—where land and human meet in mutual awakening.
Sound healing, song circles, daily Qi Gong as moving prayer, sacred ritual and activations with the ancient Celtic deities, and transformative meditation journeys are woven together and gently held by nourishing, home-cooked, high-vibrational food and comfortable, luxurious accommodation and transport during the retreat.
What this Journey Offers
Over seven nights, we weave together ancient wisdom and embodied practice. Everything is curated to support your return to your own heart with ease, presence and inner harmony.
-
Guided by storytellers, mythologists, and keepers of the sacred wisdom of ancient Ireland, you will be invited into relationship with the mystical beings of the Otherworld, who have resided in the sacred places of Ireland for thousands of years. They have kept the wisdom and knowledge safe until we were ready to receive it. They connect through the heart as we come home to our own hearts.
-
Ireland's Ancient East holds an unparalleled density of sacred sites. The Celtic Deities chose these thin places to hold the knowledge safe over thousands of years. They left incredible and tangible evidence in solar & cosmic alignments and detailed rock art. The local people knew the importance of these sites, landscapes and holy wells intimately and so kept the reverence alive through the ages.
-
Morning Qi Gong and vocal activation to awaken the body and align with the day—grounding, nourishing movement that supports fascia, energy flow, and embodied coherence. Practiced in relationship with Ireland’s sacred sites, it attunes the body to the deeper currents of the land, anchoring ancient practices in the present moment so what is received in Ireland may be embodied and carried home with integrity, nourishing coherence and light in the wider world.
-
Embodied Journeys that open the heart, quiet the mind, and invite deep listening. Ceremony, meditation, sound, and storytelling.
-
Time for rest, reflection, and integration with a full day dedicated to massages, sauna and swimming pool. Journaling, Self-guided nature exploration and integrative contemplation encouraged.
-
Nourishing meals and shared presence with the ability to cater to various dietary needs.

Sacred Sites
HILL OF TARA: On Day 1 of our retreat, arriving at the Hill of Tara, we will be welcomed home to the power of our hearts at this most revered sacred site of Ireland. It was the seat of power of many of Ireland’s High Kings and prehistoric ancient deities. Here stands the Stone of Destiny that is said to be one of the four gifts offered to the human rulers of the land, from their predecessors, the mystical Tuatha Dé Dannan, rulers of Ireland over 5000 years ago, who were part human, part Divine. It is said that the people would know the true leader once the stone sang when touched. The gift of the ancient wisdom bestowed upon the leaders of how to rule in right relationship to the land and its people will come alive within your heart as you walk this land.
FOURKNOCKS: Opening day 2, we will be immersed within the ancient mound of Fourknocks, whose central chamber has the largest floor area of any excavated Irish passage tomb. Standing at around 5,000 years old, the megalithic art carved into its ancient stones is among the best known Irish passage tomb art. There are many undiscovered mysteries that this intimate sacred site holds, such as why the entrance of the renowned Newgrange, points towards this small yet important site. We will enter our pilgrimage in deep contemplation and connection with the mysteries of this site, opening ourselves to infinite potential for the journey, accentuated and enlivened with sound healing.
DOWTH: The sacred site of Dowth forms part of the ancient complex of Neolithic sites of the Boyne Valley, including at Newgrange. Where the rising sun on the morning of the Winter solstice penetrates the chamber at Newgrange, it is the setting sun on the eve of the Winter Solstice that enters the chamber at Dowth. It’s name is derived from the Irish word for darkness, which most likely comes from its associated myth, where the King at the time summoned all of the men of Ireland to built a tower to the sun, asking his sister to cast a spell on the sun that it may only set when the tower was complete. Dowth holds great power for us to contemplate and transform all that doesn’t serve the highest good of all.
SLIGHE ASSAIL, BOHERMEEN- Ancient artery to the sacred Hill of Tara You could say that every inch of Ireland is sacred. Some places are thinner than others, in that they are portals to the otherworld and some places hold more practical passageways to the important gathering places. In visiting Slighe Assail (the smooth road) the home of An Gobha, the blacksmith of the Boyne Valley, you will be immersed in the experience of true alchemy. To feel the rhythm of metal meeting fire, to hear stories of Ireland’s oldest myths, and to share a meal in the company of the maker himself. Through the ring of hammer on anvil, the hiss of quenched metal, and the shared table that follows, we step into a living story — where myth, craftsmanship, and hospitality meet.
ROSNAREE HOUSE: Rossnaree, meaning, wood of the kings, is a privately owned hidden gem in the heart of the Boyne Valley, situated across the River Boyne from the infamous Newgrange passage tomb that aligns with the rising Winter Solstice sun. The land, the trees and the river at Rosnaree hold a magical depth of purity that can only be experienced to be understood. It is said to be the resting place of one of Ireland’s most cherished High Kings, Cormac mac Airt, who ruled for 40 years around the 5th century and was known to be the most wise, true and generous king, who truly knew how to live in communion with the Sacredness of all life. Rossnaree is also said to be the location where the legendary young warrior Fionn MacCumhaill gained his wisdom from the salmon of knowledge.
HILL OF UISNEACH: The Hill of Uisneach, the spiritual and physical naval of ancient Ireland, is the centre of the mythical fifth province of Ireland. A truly liminal place that was the seat of power of the otherworldly rulers of Ireland, the Tuatha Dé Dannan before the Hill of Tara. It is the burial place of the Sovereign Goddess Eriu, after whom Ireland is named. It is also the place of demise of the great Sun God Lugh, after whom London is named. It is at Uisneach that the sacred fires have been lit for thousands of years to welcome the warmth of summer for abundant growth. To walk this land is to walk between worlds and connect with the incredible depth of power that is true sovereignty.
KILDARE: Day 5 weaves us through the sacred and powerful land of Brigid – Kildare, meaning Forest of the Oak. It is here that Brigid founded her Monastery in the 5th century where you will receive a “Brigid’s Fire Blessing” on the foundations of her fire temple, where her energetic flame burns eternally, a symbol of Brigid's undying presence, where the goddess of hearth, healing, and creativity are globally revered. The perpetual flame, tended by the priestesses of Brigid for centuries, is kept alight and tended by the Brigidine Sisters in the sanctuary of Solas Bhride centre for Spirituality. Kildare is also home to a powerful St Brigid’s Healing Well that can show you the depth of your own inner well.

Treacy O’Connor is an ordained OneSpirit Interfaith Minister, guardian of Ireland's ancient ancestral wisdom, embodiment of Cosmic Compassion, Bridge Builder, Mother, Grandmother, Master Weaver, Spiritual Guide, Host and Producer of Celtic Soul TV, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher & Co-Founder and CEO of Creating Wellness.
Her mission is to inspire and empower a return to right relationship with the self, others, the planet and the cosmos – connecting the dots through the passage of the heart. The Goddess and Saint Brigid ignited a flame in Treacy's heart many moons ago and she continues to be deeply inspired by the ever emerging Divine Feminine qualities that Brigid invites us to live by.
She is deeply connected with the ancient energies and the land of Ireland and has been leading group activations at Sacred sites for over 10 years.
Treacy initiated a campaign to honour Brigid with a public holiday in Ireland which was inaugurated in 2023 and she was honoured by her local town with a Balbriggan Town Award, for illuminating the hearts and minds of the 24,000 residents with a Brigid Procession of Light in 2024, in her North Dublin home town.
Dr. Lisa Polinsky, ND
Lisa Polinsky had a powerful, spontaneous call to Ireland in 2023 which activated a heart-led desire to share Eiru’s magic, beauty, and mystical experiences with those originating from out of country. She has recognized this as a part of her true legacy and soul’s calling. Residing in the West Coast of Canada she has long been a steward of Earth’s medicine - the plants, the animal messengers, the elements of nature, and the whispers of the trees within her personal life and her naturopathic medical practice. While a trained and licensed naturopathic doctor by profession for over 25 years she has also had an equal footing in the mystical, intuitive, inner world of meditation and energy practices. She is a mother of two, a lover of the ocean and paddle-boarding, a healer and teacher. Her guiding valuesare being devoted to lightness, fun, integrity, meaning, self-awareness, inner peace and recognizing the Divine spark in everything and everyone.
Lisa brings the experience of a lineage ancestral call to facilitate and hold space for others to activate their own connections with the Irish sites and the magic unfurling at this time. She works with tree plant medicine, tuning fork sound healings, intuitive energy meditations and is a deep listener of the land and her sites. Her purpose is to ignite a spark of activation so that others can be catalysts for their own change and growth. She recognizes each journey will be unique, each person’s activation will have its own wisdom and purpose, and each participant in this retreat will return to their home lands as renewed beacons of soul alignment and activations for themselves, those around them and within their communities. Lisa is honoured to work with Treacy and LeeYen to bring this retreat to those from Canada, the USA and beyond.

She serves the ministry as a teacher of Wu Family BaguaZhang and Shen Gong (Heart–Spirit cultivation), and as a lineage holder of Dragon Gate Sanctuary, offering these sacred arts as part of the ministry’s religious and spiritual practice.
Guided by her Northeast Asian ancestors and the living Way of the Dao, Rev. LeeYen’s ministry centers on the remembrance of divine presence as it is felt and lived through the body. Her spiritual training includes depth psychology, Gene Keys contemplative work, and embodied Daoist practice, all offered in service to the ministry’s religious mission of coherence, resilience, and heart-centered living.
Having lived across Asia, Australia, Europe, Hawai‘i, and the forests of Oregon, she holds a deep reverence for land, lineage, and ancestral wisdom. Through Humming Universe Ministry’s pilgrimages and retreats, she brings Bagua Shen Gong and Daoist spiritual practice into sacred relationship with place, including the dragon song lines of Ireland, supporting participants to receive, embody, and carry these teachings back to their home communities in integrity and devotion.
“Impressed with Treacy's local knowledge and connections with strong and beautiful women, and men too. She was met with open arms and kinship at every sacred site. Learned so very much about Ireland's history and lore.”
What Past Participants Are Saying
- Participant in Heart of Brigid Retreat 2025
“Loved all the rivers and wells. Magical day for me was day spent at Rosnaree House. How magnificent to have the sacred river and site there (all in privacy) and to experience a glimpse of living there, shared outdoor meal and local live Irish musicians play for us.”
- Participant in Heart of Brigid Retreat 2025
“I cannot possibly do justice in words to the impact on me, my relationship with my own Celtic spirituality, my relationship with the Tuatha Dé--it was a deep, cellular-level experience, that both validated and reinforced the experiences I'd been having on my own beforehand, and amplified and endorsed where I've gone since then.”
