What to Expect

Space: This beautiful event space is located next to a year-round stream with views of the Olomana and the Koolau Mountains. Set within land that is being lovingly and honorably tended to, you will have access to the outdoor spaces such as the medicine garden, fireplace and stream. The Pavilion can hold up to 20 participants on yoga mats comfortably. Rental Cost: Full Day Rate (12 hours): $369 Half Day Rate (6 hours): $188 Min Booking (3 hours): $99 *Your setup and cleanup time will be included in the time that you rent the space.* Extra charges will be billed after the event: * each participant above the limit of 20 will be charged $1 extra per person per hour and only by approval. * sound system for $75 extra Optional for participants: * yoga props such as blankets, straps, pillows, backjacks will be available on site for $1 each Cleanliness Expectations: 1. We ask that you sweep the space before leaving and put away all props that you used. 2. Please take out all garbage from the event. (We do not have garbage collection service here at the land) *We will clean the space for you before your event, however it is an open air pavilion so it may need a quick sweep before your event starts. Need to reschedule or cancel?

Please let us know 3 days in advance if you need to cancel for whatever reason. We will refund the original deposit. If you need to cancel within 3 days, we would have scheduled our cleaner and would not be able to refund the deposit.
